MITSUBISHI PAJERO FUEL/WATER SEPARATOR FILTER INSTALLATION KIT

NS NT NW NX 3.2L TURBO DIESEL 2006-ON [NO SNORKEL]

This Fuel Manager kit contains everything you need to install a fuel water separator filter onto a MITSUBISHI PAJERO (2006-on). It is designed to be used as a pre-filter to separate water and harmful contaminants from the fuel.

The kit is made specifically to suit the PAJERO and comes with a Pajero-specific mounting bracket as well as the parts below.

NOTES: This kit is made to suit vehicles WITHOUT a snorkel. The Fuel Manager is mounted on the inner guard of the drivers side back corner of the engine bay, see (Fig 1). The bracket is secured in place by two 8mm studs and one 8mm bolt. The rear stud and bolt are currently used to mount the ABS relay and an anti theft warning horn see (fig 2). Both these items are remounted in the same position after installation but are slightly modified. NOTE: Later model Pajero’s may not have the horn. The Pajero’s factory filter is located on the firewall on the passengers side, see (Fig 1) . Fuel hoses will be routed from this filter to the Fuel Manager across the firewall and back again. Ensure the hoses are safely secured.
