Our filters will NOT void your new car warranty. Lets have a look how:

We often have customers calling our office telling us that their car dealer/mechanic won't fit our filters because it will apparently "void the new car warranty". The use of after-market/non-genuine parts may be discouraged by some mechanics who are misinformed or prefer to make an extra few dollars by selling you THEIR parts. We will be pleased to answer any of their questions directly.

Under the TRADE PRACTICES ACT, to maintain your new car warranty, a licensed mechanic needs to use genuine OR high-quality after-market parts.

ALL of our filter manufacturers deliver high quality parts. They've ALL received AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY QUALITY CERTIFICATION which ensures our brands/manufacturers consistently meet requirements specific to the Automotive Industry.

This includes ISO/TS 16949:2002 - a quality management system which even THE BEST car manufacturing countries demand. With this certification our parts can be used in France, Italy and even Germany!

So in summary, all you need to ensure is:

  • you, or the person servicing your car, is a licensed mechanic and
  • they are using genuine or high-quality aftermarket parts (such as MANN, Wesfil/Cooper, Nippon Max, Sakura or Baldwin)

And if that wasn't enough, all of our filters are backed by the manufacturer's warranty.
